Anchovies, garlic & olive oil sauce for pasta

A simple sauce to prepare in 5 minutes while your pasta is simmering.
Ingredients: Olive oil, one bulb of garlic, mashed, 25 grams butter, 4-6 pieces of anchovies, fresh parsley and dill, chopped.
Implements: small saucepan

1. Cover bottom of saucepan with olive oil, and place on a small flame. Add butter into the hot oil (not boiling) and let it dissolve.

2. Add parsley, dill and garlic, stirring constantly to avoid sticking. Add anchovies and stir until dissolved.

3. Pour sauce on pasta and serve immediately.

my father would add some hot perpper flakes and any scallops, shrimp in fridge ,and at the last minute a can of drained tuna fish. i make this when i get in a fishy mood..
